(NYSE: TXT) company, announced today during European Rotors 2025 that Slovakian-based HEMS operator, Air Transport Europe, has signed a purchase agreement for its fifth HEMS-configured Bell 429. With the purchase of its newest Bell 429, Air Transport Europe has earned its spot as Europe’s largest Bell helicopter operator in the Helicopter Emergency Medical Service (HEMS) field.

Cologne, Germany, 19 November 2025 – Airbus and Østnes Helicopters, the official distributor for Airbus Helicopters in the Nordic countries, announced a contract for 10 Airbus H125s at this year's European Rotors. This order, when combined with four H125s already booked earlier in 2025, brings the total number of H125s ordered through Østnes Helicopters this year to 14 aircraft.

Cologne, 19 November 2025 - Prime helicopter training service provider HeliOperations of Portland, UK, is set to expand its AW139 intermediate twin-engine fleet with a contract for two units announced at European Rotors 2025 (17-20 November). Deliveries are expected to be carried out between 2026 and 2027, bringing the total number of AW139s operated by HeliOperations to six. These aircraft will supply training and logistics/passenger transportation services to its customer base, leveraging the modern design and unrivalled capabilities of the world’s most successful type in its category.

Cologne, 19 November 2025 - At European Rotors 2025 (17-20 November), Leonardo announced two major steps to further expand the level of proximity and service to its growing customer base in Norway. On top of an existing fleet of over 25 helicopters of various types for emergency medical services, public services, security and long range rescue duties, around 20 more aircraft in a mix of AW139 intermediate twins and AW189 super medium for SAR and energy support missions are expected to be delivered and enter service by 2027 following contracts signed in 2024 and 2025, with a first batch of units already arrived in the country this summer.

Cologne, 19 November 2025 - Offshore Helicopter Services UK Ltd (OHS UK - part of the Ultimate Aviation Group) announced today the signing of a contract to procure two more Leonardo AW139 intermediate twin engine helicopters. The aircraft are expected to be delivered from Italy’s Vergiate final assembly plant in late 2026. These helicopters will join two AW139 SAR (Search and Rescue) which had been ordered by OHS in late 2024 and that are planned to enter service in the second quarter of 2026.
