On January 20, 2024, about 2323 central standard time, a Bell 206L-3 helicopter, N295AE, was substantially damaged when it was involved in an accident near Hydro, Oklahoma. The pilot, flight nurse, and flight paramedic were fatally injured. The helicopter was operated as a Title 14 Code of Federal Regulations Part 135 positioning flight.

The pilot and the passenger/observer were fatally injured. The flight was conducted as a Title 14 Code of Federal Regulations Part 91 public aircraft operation.

Currently, First Aviation subsidiaries provide in-house maintenance, repair and overhaul (“MRO”) for the UH-60 Black Hawk main and tail rotor blades, main rotor hub, dynamic components, landing gear shock struts, BIM indicators, hoses, lighting, batteries, switch panels, and structures, among other components.
