Bell Reveals New Bell 429 Designer Series Interior

The Bell 429 configured with the latest Designer Series Interior makes its debut at VAI Verticon 2026

Atlanta, Georgia (March 9, 2026) - Bell Textron Inc., a Textron Inc. (NYSE: TXT) company, has revealed during VAI Verticon 2026 that it has launched new luxury interior options for the Bell 429 – the latest upgrade in the Designer Series offerings for the platform that was inspired by customer feedback to amplify their flight experience.

“The latest launch of the Bell 429 Designer Series highlights Bell’s commitment to elevating the flight experience through expertly crafted design and luxury materials,” said Rob Scholl, Chief Commercial Officer. “By combining the proven reliability of the Bell 429 platform with enhanced interior options, this configuration delivers an exceptional VVIP experience tailored for corporate operators.”

Designed to deliver a true VVIP experience, this interior is available in five elegant color schemes: Arctic Grey/Charcoal, Charcoal/Jet Black, Crimson/Jet Black, Sand/Jet Black, and Snow/Jet Black.

Key features include:

  1. Forte Leather Upholstery: Premium Italian leather seats with custom stitching, Bell logo detailing, and color-coordinated restraints.
  2. Composite Panels: Wrapped in leather for a soft, natural feel, enhanced sound dampening, and seamless elegance.
  3. Reimagined Headliner: Luxurious Alcantara leather with a uniquely designed integrated LED lightbar, new ECS controls, and ambient washed LED lighting.
  4. Upgraded Cabin Console: Available in four- and five-seat configurations, featuring additional storage, cupholders, a removable ice bin, dual USB-C plugins, and indirect floor lighting. Finished in five veneer options with white gold-plated accents.

Additional enhancements include:

  1. Enhanced Pilot Storage: Integrated lockable cupholders in crew doors.
  2. Anodized Door Sill Plates: Precision-crafted and Bell branded for a seamless transition into the cabin.

Premium Finishes: White gold-plated door latches and handles, wool carpet or simulated hardwood flooring, leather seat skirts, corporate soundproofing, and automatic door openers for crew, cabin, and baggage compartments.

Bell launched the first Designer Series interiors with the Bell 429 at HAI Heli-Expo 2022. Since then, Bell has completed several deliveries of Designer Series aircraft to customers from Japan, New Zealand and Indonesia and additional global operators.
