Atlanta, Georgia, USA, March 10, 2026 — SKYTRAC Systems Ltd. (SKYTRAC) and Rotortrade are pleased to announce that Rotortrade is now an authorized Part 145 connectivity support facility for SKYTRAC’s full suite of hardware solutions. Effective immediately, Rotortrade can sell, install, and support SKYTRAC hardware, as well as provide Aircraft on Ground (AOG) spares, at its service centers in Tallard, France, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and Latrobe, Pennsylvania.
By joining SKYTRAC’s global support network, Rotortrade ensures operators have assistance with their SKYTRAC hardware at a local EASA and FAA Part 145 facilities in three strategic regions. As an authorized SKYTRAC Service Center, Rotortrade will be able to assist helicopter operators access SKYTRAC’s satellite communication terminals and accessories locally, with on-site installation expertise and rapid AOG spares availability to minimize aircraft downtime.
Under this new agreement, Rotortrade MRO Tallard, Rotortrade MRO Latrobe, and Rotortrade Helipark, MRO Riyadh facilities will act as an authorized reseller of SKYTRAC avionics systems, perform installations in accordance with SKYTRAC-approved Supplemental Type Certificates (STCs), and offer AOG spare parts or units for local operators. With over 14 years of experience serving the pre-owned helicopter industry, Rotortrade is well positioned to support SKYTRAC’s customers operating various airframes, from Airbus, Leonardo, and Bell.

In addition, SKYTRAC and Rotortrade have signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) to collaborate on the certification of SKYTRAC’s next-generation SDL satellite communication system for flight. Under the agreement, SKYTRAC will lead development of the solution and STC, while Rotortrade will provide access to relevant aircraft, perform installations at its facilities, and support flight testing to validate system performance. Once certification is completed, Rotortrade will serve as an authorized installation center and reseller for the approved platforms within its regions.
