(“Victoria”), the lessor of choice for tailored rotorcraft leasing solutions, today announced that it has signed a dry lease agreement with Texas Department of Public Safety (“TX DPS”), via Berry Aviation, inc. (“BAI”), for an Airbus H125 helicopter which was delivered and entered service with TX DPS mid-July.
