The Jeff Pino Foundation in partnership with Helicopter Association International (HAI) has invited local students to attend Heli-Expo 2024. Following the positive reception from Atlanta students last year, this marks the second year of their sponsorship.
ANAHEIM, CALIF: February 26, 2024 – The Jeff Pino Foundation (JPF) is excited to announce that 150 students from the Anaheim, California area have been exclusively invited to attend Heli-Expo 2024 on Day 3, February 29th. In partnership with the Helicopter Association International (HAI), JPF is making it possible for students specializing in aviation and STEM-related fields to explore the world's largest show dedicated to rotorcraft.
The Jeff Pino Foundation has invited students from Canyon High School, Corona High School, along with selected schools from the Bonita Unified School District based on their studies in aviation and STEM disciplines. This unique opportunity aims to inspire and provide exposure to the promising careers within the rotorcraft industry.
“Attending Heli-Expo is a transformative experience for these students, offering them a chance to engage with industry leaders, speak directly to OEMs and their suppliers, and gain valuable insights into the rotorcraft industry,” said Greg Brown, Director of Education and Training Services, HAI. “This experience goes beyond classrooms and textbooks, providing them with a hands-on encounter with the latest innovations, technologies, and industry experts. It's a stepping stone towards a future in the dynamic field of aviation."
