VICTORIA, BRITISH COLUMBIA – JULY 30, 2024 – Victoria Helicopters Inc. (“Victoria”), the lessor of choice for tailored rotorcraft leasing solutions, today announced that it has signed a dry lease agreement with Texas Department of Public Safety (“TX DPS”), via Berry Aviation, inc.
