Rolls-Royce expands CorporateCare Enhanced without raising the rate

Rolls-Royce announced at 2026 NBAA-BACE that it is expanding its CorporateCare Enhanced engine maintenance program with additional coverage and support services. The new additions are largely centered around areas where operators frequently encounter unexpected costs. Minor foreign object damage (FOD), life-limited parts, shipping logistics and documentation requirements can all create unplanned spending or downtime. CorporateCare Enhanced charges a fixed cost per flying hour and sits in the same category as maintenance subscriptions and support plans that help operators forecast ownership costs. The appeal is not that they eliminate maintenance expenses, but that they help operators understand those expenses in advance. The enhancements include additional minor FOD coverage for damage that can be repaired on or near the wing, expanded life-limited-parts protection for eligible Pearl operators, access to nacelle painting services, free technical variance documentation, simplified shipping logistics and reduced administrative burden. The company states that there will be no increase to the program's hourly rate from the expansions. The program covers the Pearl 15, Pearl 700, BR710, BR725, AE 3007 and Tay engines. CorporateCare Enhanced is standard for all new CorporateCare customers and available as an upgrade to eligible existing contracts. Rolls-Royce covers return shipping under the simplified line-replaceable unit (LRU) core return process. The free technical variance documentation covers qualified and unqualified damage cases but excludes negligence. "Our customers told us where we could make CorporateCare Enhanced even more valuable, and we listened," said Lindsey Gillen, VP of Sales andamp; Marketing at Rolls-Royce. "We took that feedback into our business and turned it into meaningful additional coverage and simpler support. These enhancements address real operational needs, from unexpected minor damage to everyday maintenance and logistics. They reinforce what CorporateCare Enhanced is designed to deliver: greater certainty, less complexity and confidence that Rolls-Royce will be there when our customers need us." The expansion focuses on areas of ownership that often escape attention until something goes wrong. Scheduled inspections and routine maintenance are well-known hurdles that owners and operators plan around. Fewer operators spend time thinking about shipping LRU cores, technical variance paperwork, life-limited-part expiration or minor damage events, all of which are hard to predict. Support providers increasingly recognize that operators care about logistics, documentation, shipping, downtime and administrative complexity just as much as they care about repair invoices. The additions announced by Rolls-Royce reflect that recognition. Why it matters CorporateCare is a popular product. Rolls-Royce says it powers more than 4,300 business aircraft, and more than 3,000 are covered by the program. Approximately 86% of new Rolls-Royce-powered business aircraft deliveries enroll as well. With Rolls-Royce holding the rate flat while adding additional benefits, it appears that the value of this program to operators has gone up alongside the risk to the OEM. The reward for Rolls-Royce could be higher uptake. Operators already enrolled should confirm with Rolls-Royce how the new benefits apply to their contracts.
