Million Air brings its year-old brokerage into NAFA’s finance network

The National Aircraft Finance Association (NAFA) announced on Sept. 30 that Million Air's aircraft sales division has joined its network. The membership marks another step in Million Air's push to build out aircraft brokerage and transaction services alongside its FBO network. Aircraft transactions rely on a growing number of outside professionals to close a deal. Joining NAFA primarily expands Million Air's access to that ecosystem. NAFA states its membership connects finance providers and specialists across brokerage, appraisal, legal, title, escrow, insurance and other services. The association also says membership will provide Million Air Craft Sales with additional opportunities to exchange market knowledge and work with market professionals to better assist clients with the financial and practical details of buying or selling an aircraft. Tyler Bowron, director of aircraft sales at Million Air Craft Sales andamp; Acquisitions, previously belonged to NAFA through other firms. "NAFA has been an important part of my professional network for years," he said. "Joining through Million Air Craft Sales andamp; Acquisitions allows me to continue those relationships and gives our team the opportunity to work closely with the finance and transaction professionals who serve aircraft buyers and sellers." Million Air has historically been known for FBO operations and customer service at airports. It launched its dedicated aircraft sales and acquisitions division in September 2025, formalizing the transaction advice it had long offered customers. A formal brokerage means the company can remain involved with customers throughout a much larger portion of the ownership lifecycle. Why it matters The practical significance is modest today but potentially meaningful over time. Buyers and sellers increasingly encounter brokerage firms tied to larger aviation-service organizations rather than traditional independent sales operations. The distinction between airport operator, charter provider, management company and broker continues to blur as companies try to capture more of the ownership journey. Those companies often bring broader resources and transaction networks to the table, which can help clients handle financing, title work and closing logistics. The test for Million Air is whether its FBO and management customers become the division's deal flow.
