IONA JETS launches IONA JETS Business, a workspace for the professionals who book private jets on behalf of others.
The Geneva air charter platform opens a dedicated offering for family offices, executive assistants and concierges, alongside a fully redesigned platform and a broker network now counting six vetted partners.
Geneva, May 2026. IONA JETS, the Swiss air charter referral platform, has launched IONA JETS Business, a workspace for the people who source charter flights on behalf of others. It adds unlimited team members, centralized billing and audit-ready records, on a subscription at 99 CHF per month plus VAT after a 14-day free trial, and is reserved for professional and business users. The target users are family offices, executive assistants, concierge services, wealth managers and travel agencies, who often juggle charter requests across several principals, inboxes and formats. IONA JETS Business brings those requests, proposals and approvals into a single workspace.
The launch follows a fully redesigned platform, rolled out since mid-May 2026, and an expanded broker network, which now counts six vetted partners with the arrival of Jet Miles and JET-VIP, alongside Air Charter Service, Eurosky Corporate Solutions, Jet Luxe and Just Fly Executive.
How IONA JETS worksA client submits a single request (private jet, group flight or air cargo) that several vetted partner brokers answer competitively, inside a secure Client Portal. The service is free to the client, whose contact details stay confidential until they decide to engage with a broker. IONA JETS does not operate flights and does not hold an Air Operator Certificate; flights are proposed, contracted and operated by the brokers and certified operators under their own responsibility. The platform is funded by a commission paid by partner brokers and operates in three languages (English, French and Spanish).

IONA JETS was founded in Geneva, a global hub for business aviation, by Dimitri Memleb. "The people who actually book private jets are often assistants and family offices, juggling requests across inboxes. With IONA JETS Business, I wanted to give them one place to run it all, with the same transparency and control the platform brings to travelers," says Dimitri Memleb, founder of IONA JETS.
