Bombardier announced on Monday that it has acquired MRO service provider, Velocity Maintenance Solutions.
The acquisition was done through Bombardier subsidiary Learjet and includes the Velocity team, hangar and mobile response trucks. Velocity has a 35,000 sq. ft. hangar base at the New Castle Airport (ILG) in Delaware and 14 mobile repair trucks across the U.S.
