Air Carrier JSX has announced a partnership with Petco that elevates its pet-friendly travel experience.
JSX customers traveling with their cats and dogs will now be provided with a suite of Petco-provided amenities across the air carrier's U.S. flight network. Lounge treats will be provided while waiting for flights and pet travel essentials will be available for loan starting in February. Also, customers will be able to purchase limited-edition pet swag, including branded JSX x Petco bandanas. In-flight treats from Petco's brand, WholeHearted, will start appearing in April and can be customized for each flight. Pet relief stations with clean-up supplies are expected to roll out in the spring.

"This partnership goes beyond convenience — it's about inclusion, and giving pet families across the country even more ways to bond and have fun with the pets they love most."
The air carrier has two Petco-branded aircraft as part of the partnership. JSX will also host charity initiatives, like pet adoption events, through the nonprofit organization Petco Love. The company claims to be the first U.S. air carrier of its type to recognize pets as members in its Club JSX loyalty ecosystem.
