NBAA moves 2026 White Plains Regional Forum to May 20

The NBAA announced Tuesday it has rescheduled its 2026 White Plains Regional Forum to Wednesday, May 20, because of planned FAA runway construction at Westchester County Airport (HPN). It was originally scheduled for June 3. The one-day forum will still be held at the airport in White Plains, New York, the same location as last year's event. NBAA said the date change was necessary due to newly planned construction on the airport's primary runway during the second quarter of 2026. The Westchester County Airport Authority has advised the association that the work will not disrupt the forum. The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation is overseeing the project.RELATED STORY: Runway construction changes plans for 2026 White Plains Regional Forum "We look forward to hosting what has become an essential event, bringing together aircraft, exhibitors, networking opportunities, and important conversations with industry's most knowledgeable professionals all in one place," NBAA President and CEO Ed Bolen said in a statement. Bolen thanked airport officials for working with NBAA to update plans for the event and said the association looks forward to continuing its relationship with Million Air's White Plains fixed-base operation, citing the company's flexibility in accommodating the new date. NBAA Regional Forums draw thousands of attendees and hundreds of exhibitors and feature an aircraft display and expert-led discussions on key business aviation issues. The events are designed to provide opportunities for in-person networking, business development, and professional education.
