Atlantic Aviation has announced that it has acquired ExecuJet's FBO at the Princess Juliana International Airport (SXM) in Sint Maarten.
The new location offers full aircraft ground services, including fueling, parking and landing permits, water, lavatory services and GPUs. Its concierge services include passenger handling, customs clearance, catering services and transportation arrangements. The location will continue to operate under the ExecuJet name and the existing team working there will remain in place."Providing our customers with an expanded international footprint while strengthening our Caribbean network are important goals for us," said CEO Jeff Foland. "Our prestigious, new Sint Maarten location allows us to accomplish both - providing customers in the region with seamless access to Atlantic's industry-leading service and hospitality."

"We're excited about this acquisition for a multitude of reasons - beginning with Princess Juliana International Airport's role as critical aviation infrastructure for the region and as the primary gateway to marquee destinations such as St. Barts," said Bobby Femia, VP of mergers and acquisitions. "ExecuJet's first-class operation at SXM, their market-leading presence, and their brand-new facilities on the island further elevate this opportunity. Together, these attributes create a strong complement to our existing Caribbean operations and our expanding international footprint."
