Textron announces Gogo Galileo HDX connectivity for Citation CJ4 Gen3

Textron Aviation announced that those who purchased the new Cessna Citation CJ4 Gen3 will now have the option to install the Gogo Galileo HDX connectivity solution to their aircraft. The new aircraft was announced last October and is expected to enter service in 2026. Textron claims that it is the largest Citation aircraft in the light jet segment. It has an expected maximum range of 2,165 nm and a maximum payload of 2,200 pounds. The aircraft should be able to seat up to 11 occupants in total. "Cessna Citation business jets are known for their luxury and productivity," said Lannie O'Bannion, senior vice president, sales andamp; marketing. "Whether for work or entertainment, this robust solution ensures customers' in-flight experience is as connected as their life on the ground." Gogo connectivity solutions have been installed on Citation aircraft for over 20 years, providing internet connection with a fuselage-mounted HDX antenna, no matter where the aircraft is located.
