Elliott Aviation and Prizm Aircraft Lighting have partnered to release the Starlight Cabin Headliner. The headliner is designed as part of Prizm's full-spectrum cabin lighting system and allows aircraft owners to project stars and fully programmable constellations in the cabin.
The first installation of the headliner was done on a Challenger 300 at Elliott Aviation's headquarters in Illinois. The owner of the aircraft had requested the ability to display constellations that represent their children and family members, a custom capability of this new feature.
The new headliner is supposed to integrate seamlessly into the Prizm Cabin Lighting system and customers should be able to program it through the Prizm app. Brightness, motion, and ambiance are available for selection. Customers should be also be able to choose between real constellations or custom configurations.
