The session will cover the fundamentals of leadership, equipping participants with the tools needed to lead effectively within the aviation department and the broader organization. ServiceElements' Bob Hobbi and Lisa Archambeau, CAM will examine Leadership and Influencing Skills for Building High-Performing Teams, with a discussion of effective leadership and proactive team membership, learning strategies for driving change and identifying the key traits of high-performing teams. This course is only available for NBAA CAMs and NBAA Business Aviation Top 40 Under 40 recipients.Taking a look at HR in the Corporate Flight Department are Jetlaw LLC's Kent S. Jackson and Kali M. Hague. This course is designed for flight department managers and senior leaders, HR directors and professionals interested in understanding aviation's influence on human resources, managers and senior personnel at aircraft management companies and anyone seeking to enhance their management skills.Brint Smith from Alliant Aviation Insurance; David T.
