Gulfstream announces first G800 delivered to customer

Gulfstream Aerospace has announced the completion of its first customer delivery of the Gulfstream G800, which the company claims is the world's longest range business aircraft. The G800 received FAA and EASA certification on April 16. The aircraft can reportedly travel 8,200 nm at its long-range cruise speed of Mach 0.85 and 7,000 nm at its high-speed cruise of Mach 0.90. The jet recently received the 2025 International Yacht andamp; Aviation Award for Private Jet Design. Its interior can be configured with up to 4 living areas or three living areas and a dedicated crew compartment. It claims to have the lowest cabin altitude in the industry at 2,840 ft when flying at 41,000 ft. The G800 was built at Gulfstream's completions facility in Appleton, Wisconsin. The site includes large-cabin completions operations, a maintenance, repair and overhaul facility and a custom-designed paint hangar that can can accommodate up to 48 aircraft a year
