ACJ TwoTwenty makes NBAA-BACE debut

Airbus Corporate Jet debuted the ACJ TwoTwenty at NBAA-BACE this year. The jet is in a new market segment, the "Xtra Large Bizjet" with an emphasis on cabin space, range and technology but with a similar price to ultra-long-range jets. The ACJ TwoTwenty will be on display at Static #AD_07. The ACJ TwoTwenty has more than double the cabin space of a conventional long-range business jet. There is over 786 feet of floor space in the six-zone cabin. There are two extra cabin zones for added privacy and provide an office-like environment with top-of-the-line connectivity. Despite having twice the cabin space as a traditional ultra-long-range business jet, the ACJ Two Twenty has lower operating costs due to its reduced maintenance and training costs. The ACJ TwoTwenty is powered by Pratt andamp; Whitney engines, making it a leader in fuel-efficient aviation technology. The engines have been designed for lower fuel burn and CO2 emissions. These features will lower costs and reduce the environmental impact. @globalair.com The ACJ TwoTwenty debuted this week at the 2023 NBAA-BACE convention in Las Vegas. The ACJ TwoTwenty can meet requirements for 99.9 percent of U.S. departures. The plane can connect city pairs like Los Angeles to London, Miami to Buenos Aires and New York to Istanbul. ACJ offers a wide range of bizjets with up-to-date technology and efficiency. The ACJ TwoTwenty, like other ACJ aircraft, is capable of flying with an up to 50 percent blend of kerosene and SAF while keeping up with the technical specifications of traditional Jet A. All of the Airbus commercial aircraft and helicopters will be capable of operating with 100 percent SAF by 2030, playing a major role in the decarbonization of the industry. Over 200 Airbus corporate jets are in service around the world on every continent, including Antarctica. "The ACJ TwoTwenty is set to become a game-changer in the business aviation market," said Sean McGeough, VP of commercial ACJ for North America. "It offers a unique combination of unmatched cabin space, intercontinental range, state-of-the-art amenities, and competitive pricing." 2023 NBAA-BACE CoverageCessna Citation CJ3 Gen2 announced at NBAA-BACE, Textron names first customerDaher celebrates 500th TBM 900-series deliveryBoeing to offer new buying process, interior options with new BBJ SelectHondaJet Echelon unveiled at NBAA-BACE as a light jet that can perform like a midsizeBombardier reveals EcoJet phase 2 testing progressFAA, NTSB leaders headlining panel at 2023 NBAA-BACEJSSI launches PartsHub at 2023 NBAA-BACE
