Dassault to display Falcon 2000LXS, Falcon 10X alongside combat aircraft at Dubai Airshow

Dassault Aviation is taking part in the Dubai Airshow from Nov. 13-17, honored to be in attendance the year in which the company celebrates the 50th anniversary of its partnership with the United Arab Emirates. Since 1973 and the Mirage 5, Dassault has partnered with the UAE Armed Forces, currently operating a fleet of Mirage 2000-9s and with an order for 80 Rafales in December 2021. Dassault's static display will feature a Rafale C combat aircraft and a Rafale F4 simulator. The Rafale will be part of a flying display each day, presented by the French Air and Space Force, which operates a Rafale detachment deployed at the UAE base of Al Dhafra.RELATED STORY:Bombardier bringing Global 7500, Challenger 3500 to Dubai Air ShowEmbraer to display Praetor 600, E195-E2 jets at Dubai AirshowGulfstream to exhibit G700, G500 at Dubai AirshowOn the business aviation side, there will be a Falcon 2000LXS and a full-scale model of the Falcon 10X cabin in the static park. The Falcon 2000LXS has a range of 4,000 nautical miles and is the most efficient and versatile twin-engine in its class. After it evolved into six different versions, the aircraft has amassed nearly 700 deliveries since its launch. The Falcon 10X was presented in 2021 and will offer a range of 7,500 nautical miles, allowing it to fly non-stop from the Gulf to any destination on the U.S. West Coast, Australia, New Zealand, and Asia. Its cabin is more spacious than some regional jets. There are many Falcon aircraft operating within the Middle East. Dubai is a key point in the Falcon support network. A new maintenance center managed by Dassault subsidiary ExecuJet MRO Services opened in 2022 at the new Al Maktoum Airport, replacing the former facilities at the Dubai International Airport.
