Embraer expands MRO services in U.S. with 3 new facilities

Embraer announced Wednesday that it was doubling its maintenance service capacity in the U.S. to support the growth of its executive jet customer base with the addition of three Executive Aviation Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul facilities in Dallas Love Field, Texas; Cleveland, Ohio and Sanford, Florida. The company is also increasing its Mobile Response network by 28 teams and growing its capabilities, including access to interior services, paint and component repairs. Service at the new locations is expected to begin in the second quarter of 2024. Currently, Embraer has three owned U.S.-based service centers to serve executive jet customers. The other centers are located in Mesa, Arizona; Melbourne, Florida and Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Embraer has an additional 24 authorized service centers for executive jets across the country. "We are pleased to offer additional service locations for our customers as we will significantly expand the capacity, capability, and footprint of our MRO network in the USA," said Frank Stevens, VP of MRO Services, Embraer services and support. "Our Executive Jets fleet has been growing rapidly over the last several years as strong demand continues across the entire product portfolio. This expansion will provide immediate additional capacity and ensures that we are poised to care for our valued customers and strategically grow for many years to come."
