X-1FBO launches automated X-1 Landing system

X-1FBO has formally launched its purpose-built X-1 Landing System. The innovative airport-focused solution will integrate automated aircraft tracking using X-1TRX data, smart invoicing and payment processing to set a standard for efficiency for aircraft operators and airport operations. The new system module will be deployed at Morristown Airport (MMU) in New Jersey. The X-1 Landing module will provide a fully automated solution for tracking incoming and outgoing aircraft traffic. The smart invoicing system will track aircraft characteristics like size, weight, category, and customer-negotiated rates. X-1 Landings will then automatically calculate the correct fees and send invoices to the customer for payment, eliminating the need for data entry. Customers can choose to settle invoices securely through email or by logging in to the airport-provided Customer Portal. Through the Customer Portal, the customers can view and pay single or multiple landing fees simultaneously. Repeat customers can be sent a statement and the payment on file can be applied, transforming the airport billing and collections to a hands-free operation. MMU is operated by DM Airport, LTD and is a major General Aviation reliever in the area. The airport places a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and community engagement. Through each developmental step, X-1 Landing was tested at MMU to ensure that each aspect of the customer experience was seamless and user-friendly. "We are very excited about introducing this new product for our loyal, Morristown Airport users, X-1 Landing is going to enable us to provide an even higher level of convenience and reliability for our valued customers," DM Airport Manager Corey Hanlon said. X-1 Director of Business Development and Co-Founder George Reyes worked closely with MMU to define the new product. "X-1's mission is clear: Leverage Smart Technology to turn challenges into conveniences for our users," Reyes said. "Working alongside the Morristown team has been an insightful journey, and it's gratifying and we're proud to be part of their drive to innovate. X-1 products are designed with one goal in mind: Enable our users to work smarter, not harder, through X-1 Smart Technology. The team at Morristown has been great to work with and we're happy to play a small part in their continued successes." "We are committed to driving transformative change in General Aviation, addressing a need that has long been overdue," X-1FBO CTO Humberto Zuluaga said. "We're excited to watch the impact of X-1 Landing unfold."
