
As Chief Instructor you will be expected but not limited to:
Certify training records, graduation certificates and stage checks
Provide flight and ground instruction in accordance with part 61 and part 141 programs
Provide quality instruction and support for students
Ensure that CFIs are proficient and pass proficiency checks every 12 months
Ensure compliance for Safety Management
Ensure compliance for Standard Operations Guidelines
Ensure compliance and currency for part 141 programs
Must complete annual and bi-annual flight reviews
Assist in recruiting new student
Take payment for sales as needed
Assist in marketing and other assigned tasks
Occasional travel may be required
Must be a motivated, professional and possess’ strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Must be self-motivated, reliable and honest
Recognize that safety and customer/student satisfaction will be the top priority

- Clean Aircraft
