We are now seeking a skilled Certified Flight Instructor - Instrument (CFII) to join our dynamic team. **Job Description:**
We are looking for an experienced and passionate CFII to provide high-quality instrument flight instruction to our students. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in helicopter operations, exceptional teaching skills, and a dedication to safety and student success.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide recommendations to the task lead for operations risk assessments and aviation safety mandates.
- Stay up-to-date on regulatory and procedural changes in the flight training environment.
- Review flight training program courses; assist with the preparation of FAA Training Course Outlines (TCOs), curriculum updates, and the construction of degree and certificate programs.
- Gain and maintain instructor proficiency in the Cabri Guimbal G2 helicopter.
- Develop and execute tailored flight and classroom training sessions in accordance with the standards outlined in the FAA Flight Instructor Handbook.
- Provide recommendations for students to conduct solo flights and cross-country flights and to receive FAA certification practical tests.
- Prepare ground school lesson plans, maintain student and assigned CFI training folders, and complete required training entries in accordance with FAA and school requirements.
