Flight Instructor (CFII) / Tour Pilot

Hi-Tech Helicopters, Inc. is now accepting pilot resumes for its Tobyhanna, PA (KMPO) sightseeing tour operation. This position is for the 2022 season and beyond. Robinson Raven II is aircraft used.    

Job Requirements:

Required Skills/Qualifications:

• FAA Commercial Helicopter (Rotorcraft) Certificate

• Current FAA Class II (or higher) Medical Certificate

• R44 SFAR

• Minimum 300 hours Rotorcraft PIC

• Minimum 50 hours PIC Robinson R44

• Current in the Robinson R44

• Pocono's tourism area, weekends, holidays, a must. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills is a must

• Must have a good personality and willing to work with the public

• No accidents or violations.

• Applicant must be able to understand and follow direction. 

• Must currently meet flight weight requirement of less than 190lbs.

• Must be a U.S. citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident at time of application.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

• Certified Flight Instructor rating (CFI) in R44

• Certified Flight Instructor Instrument rating (CFII) in R44

• Completed the Robinson Safety Course

• PIC recent experience (last 90 days) in Robinson R44
