Provide flight and ground instruction in accordance with Ascent Aeronautical Academy 141 and 61 programs.
Provide quality instruction and support for students
Be a positive leader and role model for students
Maintain student files and progress through syllabus
Maintain currency
Play an active role in Ascent Aeronautical Academy Safety Management System
Ensure compliance with Ascent Aeronautical Academy Standard Operational Guidelines
Attend and participate in weekly CFI meetings.
Assist in recruiting new students
Assist in administrative work as needed
Other tasks as assigned include but are not limited to: cleaning helicopters, organizing hangars, emptying trash cans, working as ground crew etc.
