Moog Upgrades UH-60L with Genesys Avionics Suite

February 27, 2024 – Mineral Wells, TX – Genesys Aerosystems, a Moog company, announced today that it is working with XP Services, a Tullahoma, TN based company specializing in aircraft modernization and refurbishment, to add the UH-60L model to its Black Hawk Alpha model STC for Moog’s Genesys Avionics Suite. As part of the STC, the avionics suite will interface with GE - 701D engines. STC completion is planned for Fall of 2024. The first two UH-60L aircraft will be supplied by Seaview Aviation located in Camarillo, CA for their contract deliveries to an Australian customer.

AeroBrigham to receive Brazil ANAC certification

February 26, 2024 - Decatur, Texas - North Texas maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) provider AeroBrigham will soon complete the Agência Nacional de Aviação Civil (ANAC) certification to be awarded by the Brazil aviation authority.  Upon award, the company will have return to service authorization for aircraft registered in Brazil. Metro Aviation Excited to Return to Anaheim for HAI HELI-EXPO

26 February 2024 – Anaheim, CA – Metro Aviation will be at the HAI HELI-EXPO in Anaheim on February 27-29 at Booth #2922. This year’s booth will feature an EC145C2e from Benefis Mercy Flight. The aircraft marks the first EMS aircraft in Metro’s fleet to be outfitted with the Axnes PNG Wireless Intercom Extension system, allowing flight crews to maintain continuous communication even when outside the aircraft. Moog Flight Tests Daedalean’s Ailumina Visual Awareness System
