Marc Ayala joins the Nighthawk Flight Systems team as the Vice President of Sales
VISTA, California – July 9, 2024 – Nighthawk Flight Systems, Inc., a developer of advanced compact integrated avionics, is pleased to welcome Marc Ayala to the company’s executive team as Vice President of Sales. In this position, Ayala is responsible for growing and supporting sales of Nighthawk’s entire suite of products as well as supporting its dealer network and customer facing programs.

Ayala brings a wealth of experience and network connections to Nighthawk Flight Systems. Prior to joining the company, he held a variety of commercial and military sales and business development positions with increasing responsibility over a 17-year tenure at Collins Aerospace. A 13-year US Air Force veteran, he also served as a pilot and navigator in the Lockheed C-130H Hercules military transport airplane.
Ayala earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Southern Illinois University. A commercial licensed pilot with multi-engine land and instrument ratings, he enjoys flying in his free time, including volunteering for Angel Flight.
