Sheltair opened its new, state-of-the-art hangar complex at the Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport (BJC) on Monday. Consisting of three separate hangar and office structures, the expansion is part of Sheltair's commitment to excellence in aviation, evidenced by the continuous airport property developments and community investments.

With its new hangar complex, Sheltair can accommodate a growing demand for premium facility services in the greater Denver and Boulder area. The facility has 52,000 square feet of hangar space and can accommodate large cabin-sized aircraft up to a Global 7500, along with 3,700 square feet of hangar space. All three of the new hangars have been designed to meet the evolving needs of clientele, accommodating them with large flexible spaces, two offices, restrooms and a three-car garage. The expansion also includes parking for 56 vehicles and 67,856 square feet of new ramp space, improving operational efficiency and customer convenience.
Sheltair BJC is just 20 minutes from Boulder and downtown Denver, offering access to major business parks, universities, event venues, shopping and outdoor recreation areas.
