Jet Support Services announced the launch of the JSSI PartsHub on Monday. The digital platform will enable end-to-end procurement process management, thus making it easier for customers to access parts and transact.
JSSI is the largest independent provider of maintenance support and financial tools in the business aviation industry. The new PartsHub is powered by JSSI Parts andamp; Leasing and its range of inventory across all makes and models, serving as a purpose-built portal for procurement teams of operators and MROs globally. The access to the hub will drive smarter and quicker parts purchasing in the industry.
"JSSI has become the trusted one-stop source in the industry for hard-to-find material and lease engines, and our inventory position has tripled in the last two years," JSSI COO Ben Hockenberg said. "PartsHub unlocks the power of JSSI Parts andamp; Leasing online. We set out to build something unique, not only to digitize the parts buying experience but to enhance it for our clients."
The PartsHub includes direct access to over 100,000 parts, including documentation and certifications. There is "buy it now" pricing for instant purchases of high-turn parts and consumables. The hub includes extensive part information like aircraft applicability, alternates and reliability data. There is a personalized dashboard for live order and quote tracking and easy access to recent activity. The self-service account and fleet management allow for a fleet-specific inventory search. The PartsHub is free to access and has no sign-up fees.
"As JSSI continues on its transformational journey through its use of technology and data-powered products, we challenged ourselves and our partners to design, develop and deliver a B2C-like intuitive user experience, built on a best-in-class e-commerce platform which seamlessly connects to a fully API-enabled cloud-based inventory and order management system," JSSI Chief Information Officer Serdar Yorgancigil said.
The new PartsHub is launching at 2023 NBAA-BACE. The convention takes place Oct. 17-19 in Las Vegas, bringing together industry professionals from various sectors. Attendees can demo and register at the JSSI booth #C11617. The product will push JSSI's mission to simplify technical complexities involved in maintenance management and increase aircraft availability for clients.
"The combined force of our maintenance data, inventory position, and procurement capabilities makes us uniquely positioned to deliver a new parts buying experience," Hockenberg said. Above all, PartsHub is supported by our team of parts experts and product line specialists - each profile is matched to a single point of contact for quick turn quote and account management, truly placing PartsHub at the forefront of the industry."2023 NBAA-BACE CoverageFAA, NTSB leaders headlining panel at 2023 NBAA-BACE
