Pipistrel has chosen Lincoln Park Aviation (LPA) as its distributor for 15 states in the eastern United States.
LPA has over 35 years of experience in aviation and is a general aviation sales, maintenance and consulting provider. The company will handle Pipistrel's two- and four-seat aircraft sales and support. LPA will be in charge of sales and services in Connecticut, Delaware, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, South Carolina, Maine, Massachusetts, Maryland, Rhode Island, Pennsylvania, Vermont, Virginia and West Virginia.

Pipistrel is a Textron, Inc. company. In 2020, the Pipistrel Velis Electro became the first and only electric aircraft to receive full type-certification from the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA). Pipistrel has had a recent string of electric aircraft-related achievements. The Slovenian-based company can now supply U.S. customers directly, with the help of LPA.
