Bombardier has broken ground on the new service center at the Abu Dhabi International Airport. This new facility in Abu Dhabi will be Bombardier's first full-service facility in the United Arab Emirates.
The Middle Eastern market has grown substantially and the new facility will take care of customers from the UAE and all over the world. The new facility will bring more than 100 new jobs to the community and is targeted to open in 2025.

The Abu Dhabi Service Center will have a large hangar, capable of fitting up to four Global 7500 aircraft or the Global 8000 when it enters the market in 2025. The service center also includes a comprehensive parts depot and a complete suite of maintenance services for both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, paint modification, aircraft modification, AOG capabilities and aircraft parking services.
As a hub for both business and commerce, the Abu Dhabi service center will provide benefits and jobs to the customer base in the UAE.

This new center follows service center expansions and changes in Singapore, Miami, Melbourne and London. Bombardier has added almost one million square feet of service capability to the global market. With this latest expansion, Bombardier has more than doubled its aftermarket footprint.
