Custom Jet Charters joins ACSF aviation safety program

Custom Jet Charters joined more than 220 aircraft operators in the Aviation Safety Action Program (ASAP). ASAP is a third-party group, managed by the Air Charter Safety Foundation (acsf.aero) with the FAA. Custom Jet Charters is a privately-owned luxury aviation company based at the West Palm Beach Airport (PBI). At both the Palm Beach location and the second location at the Westchester County Airport (HPN), CJC provides charter services and management solutions. "At Custom Jet Charters, safety has always been a core value, so we are thrilled to participate in the Aviation Safety Action Program," CEO for Custom Jet Charters Lewis Liebert said. "We're certain it will continue to help CJC improve upon our safety initiatives, and help ensure that our pilots and crew meet the highest standard of safety measures and awareness." Liebert said he was enthusiastic about the choice for CJC to join both the ACSF and its ASAP. The ACSF is based out of D.C., providing safety-related services in aviation and giving support to business aviation. The ASAP program is one of the benefits of ACSF membership. This safety training program allows members to identify and reduce the number of flight safety concerns. Working with the FAA, the ACSF will be a third-party manager for ASAP members. This third-party managemn includes rotor wing operators, on-demand charter operators, fractional operators and corporate flight departments. Members will represent more than 60% of all of the participating organizations and airlines in the program. "On behalf of the Foundation, I'm delighted that CJC is joining us," ACSF's President Bryan Burns said. "Both our ACSF and the ASAP offer solid opportunities to help ensure that we increase our safety-related vigilance and keep advancing the critical need for safety in every aspect of aviation operations. With our ACSF and ASAP participation continually expanding, we're also expanding our knowledge of safety and our commitment to advancing it in all its many aspects."
