Bell announced that Mr. David Lukes, CEO of SMARTTECH based in Prague, Czech Republic signed a purchase agreement for a Bell 407GXi. The expected delivery is August 2022 out of Mirabel, Canada.

Safran Helicopter Engines and Bell Textron Inc., a Textron Inc. (NYSE: TXT) company, announced today a collaboration initiative to explore technical performance and economic impacts of sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) on the Arrius 2R-powered Bell 505. A single, dedicated Bell 505 aircraft will conduct flights solely with the use of blended SAF. Both Bell and Safran Helicopter Engines will evaluate engine and aircraft performance data to better assess the collateral benefits associated with the incorporation of SAF, a significant tool being used to reach industry carbon reduction objectives.
Salt River Project (SRP) signed a purchase agreement for a SUBARU BELL 412EPX. Salt River Project performs critical missions providing water and electricity to the greater Phoenix area.
“SRP’s Flight Services Department has relied on Bell aircraft for more than 40 years,” said Lane Evans, managing director, North America. “The SUBARU BELL 412EPX will significantly enhance SRP’s ability to transport crew and cargo, perform power pole replacement and complete hoist work, which is critical to their mission of providing low-cost electricity and water resources to Arizona residents.”
Bell finished the day with a signing ceremony for Classic Helicopters based in Utah for a fleet operator agreement.
