Elliott Aviation welcomes two experienced leaders to Moline

Moline, IL, February 22, 2022 - Elliott Aviation, a leader in a diverse set of business aviation services, is pleased to welcome Paul McQuay as Vice President/General Manager and Michael Frazier to its Moline facility as King Air Service Supervisor!Paul McQuay comes to Elliott Aviation with a diverse and impactful career in both the manufacturing and aerospace industries. He spent the last four years at Cobham in the Quad Cities, serving as the Director of Operations Engineering. Paul has also held other leadership and individual roles in Operations Supervision and Management, Engineering, Quality, and Sales. His hiring redirects the talents of Lawrence Harting, moving from VP of Operations in Moline to Director of Scheduling andamp; Planning, supporting Paul and the future growth objectives of our Moline facility. "We are very excited to welcome Paul to our Senior Leadership Team and to lead the Moline facility growth plan," said Elliott President and CEO, Greg Sahr. "We look forward to incorporating his leadership experience, knowledge, and fresh perspectives and ideas as Elliott progresses." Paul has a strong technical background and significant experience with continuous improvement. He is also a Six Sigma Green Belt and a proud Air Force veteran. In his personal life, Paul and his family live local to the Quad Cities on a hobby farm in Illinois. He enjoys gardening, woodworking, reading, and working with youth in church programs. He officially joined the Elliott Aviation team on Monday, February 14. In the King Air Service Department, Michael Frazier has on-boarded as Supervisor. He has been in the aviation industry for 33 years, working as Crew Chief, Lead Mechanic, Line Lead, and Maintenance Supervisor. His time in aviation has include work on many aircraft including C141B C5A/B, DHC-7, RC-12, UH-60 M/K/R, 1900D, T-45 Goshawks, Thrush S2R-660 andamp; AT-802i BPA, and BAE-147 large air tankers. Michael has his Aandamp;P License, as well as his IA and FCC Certifications. Elliott Aviation's Director of Maintenance Services, Bryan Bell, stated, "I am excited to welcome Michael to the team, his experience working on King Airs and leadership knowledge will help our team to expand their knowledge and help them to achieve great things in years to come." Outside of aviation, Michael is likely to be found working on cars, working out, spending time outdoors, being with his family, and traveling.
