Vista Global has agreed to acquire charter operator Air Hamburg, a deal that will increase Vista's flight hours by 30% globally and give the company a 15% market share of the global charter market.Air Hamburg has been performing as a full-service charter operator for 15 years, flying to over 1,000 destinations across Europe alone.
