Sun Air Jets Expands Hangar Footprint at VNY

Sun Air Jets has doubled its hangar footprint at the Van Nuys Airport (VNY), securing two brand new hangar and terminal facilities in the northwest corner of the airport, providing an additional 62,000 square feet of hangar space. The additional hangar and terminal facility are now open and available for managed aircraft clients.The new facility will offer private offices, lounges, conference meeting rooms, gated guest parking, and a level of luxury clients are looking for in the greater Los Angeles area.The facility also meets the state's strict environmental green build standards and will include a solar rooftop system that will assist the Los Angeles World Airports' (LAWA) environmentally sustainable energy program."This collaborative relationship ensures adequate space for our managed aircraft customers at the City of Los Angeles' world class and most desirable airport in Southern California for the foreseeable future," said Brian Counsil, Sun Air Jets' President and CEO.
