During routine MRO helicopter service, removing and storing blades so they don’t get damaged is a primary concern. LockNClimb has developed a five-blade rolling blade storage cart that holds blades secure using five padded holsters per blade. This ensures that the integrity of the blades remains secure without twisting or bending during maintenance. The four heavy duty full swivel casters enable easy rolling to a desired staging point, or the cart can be lifted and placed by the balanced hoist ring at the top.

LockNClimb LockNCarts are made one at a time by skilled craftsmen out of welded structural quality 2-inch square aluminum tube in the USA at the company’s 50,000 sf facility in Tulsa, Oklahoma. These carts are custom made to hold the blades of any model helicopter and can be powder coated in any color.

In addition, LockNClimb offers a companion custom Cowling Cart to safely hold the engine cowling and other engine parts during maintenance to keep them free of damage and contamination.

Various models of LockNCarts are currently being used by major airlines around the world to store and transport their full line of OSHA and ANSI approved ergonomic safety ladders. Visit static booth BC#8155 to experience state-of-the art blade and cowling carts today.
