Rotorcraft Support, Inc. Celebrates 40 Years of Mission-Ready Helicopter Support
Fillmore, California — January 2026 — Rotorcraft Support, Inc. (RSI) will celebrate its 40th anniversary on Jan. 24, 2026, marking four decades of supporting helicopter operators and keeping critical missions flying across the United States and internationally.
Founded in 1986, RSI has grown from a small maintenance operation into a full-service helicopter maintenance, repair, and overhaul provider trusted by operators who rely on their aircraft every day. The company supports a broad range of missions, including public safety, firefighting, law enforcement, emergency medical services, utility work, corporate aviation, and private operations.
As RSI approaches its 40th anniversary, the company reflects the scale it has reached through steady, disciplined growth. Today, RSI employs 75 professionals, including a highly experienced technical workforce organized across seven specialized maintenance departments, with additional satellite personnel supporting customers in the field.
RSI supports aircraft from eight manufacturers across four engine platforms and provides recurring maintenance for 67 active aircraft, while also performing complex project-based and non-routine maintenance work that requires experience, precision, and practical problem solving.
The company operates from its 83,000-square-foot facility in Fillmore, California, which RSI designed and built to support expanded space, efficient workflow, and long-term growth. After operating for decades at Van Nuys Airport, RSI relocated to the purpose-built facility in 2020. The facility includes a private helipad and supports modern helicopter maintenance, modifications, and project-based work under one roof.
