Enstrom Announces 2025 Maintenance Training Dates
Enstrom Helicopter Corporation will host the following maintenance courses in 2025, offering expert training for maintaining both piston and turbine models. The dates are as follows:
Piston
Turbine
Each course will run for five days, from 8AM to 4PM Monday through Friday.
Mechanics and pilots who join Enstrom’s training courses will learn all the subtle nuances of how an Enstrom helicopter operates. Instructors will emphasize inspection procedures, routine maintenance, overhaul, airframe and rotor system troubleshooting, main rotor tracking, and tail rotor balance procedures. Participants can practice what they learn with hands-on display models and special tooling.
All maintenance courses are I.A. renewal accredited. Enstrom offers two options for certification. The first is for A&P mechanics, and the other is for non-mechanics to certify familiarization with Enstrom.
Chip Zeismer, Enstrom’s Repair Station Coordinator said, “It’s great to meet people from all around the world. These pilots and mechanics get to see inside the Enstrom factory and gain a glimpse at what goes into making the aircraft.”
Anyone who wants to attend is welcome to sign up, and following completion of the course, attendees can return for a refresher course as often as they like. Completing both piston and turbine classes in the same year is not required.
“We’ve seen the demand for these classes grow consistently year after year,” said Zeismer. “Last year, we had many new mechanics and owners sign up, and we also saw several familiar faces choose to join us for a refresher course.”
Classes have a limited number of seats available each session. Accepted applicants will be responsible for securing all lodging, transportation, and meals. An additional summer class may be added if necessary to accommodate demand.
