MD HELICOPTERS EXHIBITING AT THE 2024 SINGAPORE AIRSHOW SHOWCASING THE EXPANDABLE TH/AH530 MILITARY PRODUCT LINE
MD Helicopters is showcasing the expandable combat multi-mission TH/AH530 product line at the Singapore Airshow.
SINGAPORE: February 18, 2024 – MD Helicopters LLC (MDH) (Singapore Airshow Booth #C-S66) is returning to the biannual Singapore Airshow in Singapore from Feb. 20 to 25. The company’s booth will be located in the USA Partnership Pavilion.
“We are committed to listening to our customers globally and taking what we learn to continuously improve our products and services,” says MD Helicopters President and CEO Brad Pedersen. “The Singapore Airshow allows us to meet face-to-face with customers and partners around the world. We are looking forward to many valuable conversations.”
MDH will showcase its four-seat expandable combat multi-mission TH/AH530 product line at the show. This combat-proven line of military helicopters is exceptionally agile, reliable, and powerful with lethally accurate weapons capability. The aircraft features superior speed, agility, and maneuverability, even at high-density altitudes, with unmatched confined area performance. The integrated mission system designed by MDH incorporates qualified weapon systems produced by L3H, Moog, and Curtiss Wright. This significantly improves situational awareness and allows flexibility for customers to select proven armament systems from suppliers such as Dillon, FN Herstal, and others. The MDH integrated weapon system is also capable of firing guided and unguided rockets, as well as guided missiles like Hellfire. Agencies can also stretch budgets with the helicopter as it can serve as a trainer that can be rapidly configured to a light attack helicopter or to full precision weapons system capability.
The TH530 Trainer provides an accurate training platform with a military interior and Garmin glass cockpit for direct transfer of skills to the AH530. The TH530 can be rapidly reconfigured to a light attack helicopter or to full precision weapons system capability.
The AH530 Light Attack Scout is delivered mission-ready with a 3-station System Integrated Weapons Management System (WMS). Day/night capable with night vision imaging system, the AH530 Light Attack Scout can be 100% lethal within 24 hours of arrival in country.
The AH530 Block II delivers the capabilities of larger precision attack helicopters in a smaller, more agile package at a much lower cost. Integrated with the FLIR MX-10D, the Block II is day/night capable with APKWS, an Advanced Integrated Moog Weapons Stores Management System (SMS) and optional Hellfire capabilities.
MDH Vice President of Sales and Marketing Jason Lindauer will be available in MDH’s booth (#C-S66) during the show to talk individually to customers. Members of the media who would like to schedule a private interview with Lindauer are encouraged to email Howard Berry, MDH Senior Sales Director – Asia & Pacific, at [email protected] in advance to guarantee a reserved time slot.
