Consortia Aerospace Group, a woman-owned aviation services corporation with over 40 years of engineering and program management experience, today announced that industry veteran Michael Fleck has joined the company to lead its global sales organization and customer engagement strategy. The move aligns with Consortia's expanding role supporting large-scale airline connectivity and modification initiatives, reflecting growing airline demand for technically rigorous, high-cadence execution across diverse aircraft platforms.Fleck brings more than two decades of aerospace leadership experience spanning commercial aviation, engineering, and component services. Throughout his career, he has built and led high-performing sales organizations, developed long-term airline and OEM partnerships, and supported customers operating in highly regulated environments."Michael understands how commercial strategy and technical execution must work together when you're delivering programs at airline scale," said Chuck Myers, Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Consortia Aerospace Group. "As our airline programs continue to grow in size and complexity, his experience strengthens our leadership team and supports our ability to deliver with precision, pace, and regulatory discipline."Prior to joining Consortia, Fleck served as Vice President of Sales for the Americas at eCube Solutions, where he was responsible for revenue and margin performance across strategic accounts. He previously held multiple senior leadership roles at Aviation Technical Services (ATS), leading business development for component repair, PMA, and engineering solutions across North America, Latin America, and the Middle East. Earlier in his career, Fleck spent 18 years at The Boeing Company in progressive leadership roles supporting global aftermarket sales and customer operations, including responsibilities tied to the entry-into-service of the Boeing 787."I'm excited to join Consortia at a time of strong momentum," said Fleck. "The company has earned the trust of major customers by delivering complex programs at scale. I look forward to supporting customers and helping extend Consortia's leadership across the broader fleet ecosystem."Fleck holds a Bachelor of Arts in General Business from City University of Seattle and is based in the greater Phoenix area.
