OK3 Air plans to complete a new hangar and major airside infrastructure upgrades at Heber Valley Airport (HCR) in Utah by the end of the year. OK3 Air is the exclusive FBO at the airport. The upgrade will expand the airport's operational capabilities and premium service offerings. The 31,500 square-foot hangar will accommodate ultra-long-range business jets and bring the airport's total hangar space to about 65,000 square feet. The expansion will give business and leisure travelers more options to store their aircraft, according to OK3 Air. Span Construction and Engineering is overseeing the project, which includes a 20,000 square-foot ramp, FAA-compliant drainage, and new aircraft markings. The upgrades are designed to improve safety, efficiency, and storage capacity. "This new hangar and its state-of-the-art infrastructure mark an exciting milestone for OK3 AIR and for the future of aviation in our region," owner Nadim AbuHaidar said in a statement. "We're excited to open the doors and deliver expanded capabilities that meet the rising demand from private aircraft." Tenants will have full access to OK3 Air's amenities, including full line service, concierge support, avionics, and on-site maintenance through the company's Part 145 maintenance, repair, and overhaul operation. The facility will have a lobby, conference room, and lounge space. Preleasing has already begun. Interested parties can contact Alan Robertson at [email protected] or (435) 654-3962.
