Beacon Air Group opens new FBO terminal in Montana
Beacon Air Group is welcoming passengers to its new private terminal and full-service FBO at the Billings Logan International Airport (BIL) in Montana.
The FBO has 24/7 capabilities, beginning with the completion of the 9,000-square-foot luxury terminal, along with a 1,800-square-foot of leasable office space and 36,000 square feet of hangar space able to accommodate up to a Gulfstream G600. The new FBO is located on the Rimrocks and Beacon offers travelers premier access to the largest city in Montana and the stunning landscapes that surround it. With the FBO, customers have 10-minute access to Billings' business and medical corridor, Alberta Bair Theater and Dehler Park.
"We are honored to serve as the region's new premier FBO option, connecting aviators with the beauty and bustle of southern Montana," Beacon Air Group's Owner Joel Simmons said. "Every aspect of Beacon Air Group was designed with our customers' needs in mind, from the facilities that house our operation to the services we provide out of it."
The new, modern facility is a reflection of the quality service Beacon provides as a full-service operation, reflecting the charm of the local area, including Western-inspired architecture touches and an in-house artisan coffee bistro. The facility includes quality amenities to complement the portfolio of aviation and concierge services through the FBO and local, preferred vendors. Passengers can enjoy the inviting and pet-friendly lobby, two conference rooms with seating for six and full A/V, a business center, a seminar room seating 50, courtesy crew cars, a relaxing crew room, well-appointed restrooms, WiFi, food delivery service and vending machines.
When Beacon opened its doors it also joined the Avfuel Contract Fuel Network of over 3,500 global fueling locations and offered competitive rates on jet fuel prices to flight departments. As well as being part of the global network, Beacon streamlines transactions with the Avfuel Pro Card, its preferred method of payment.
"The Avfuel team congratulates Beacon Air Group on the opening of its first-in-class FBO," Avfuel senior sales manager in Western U.S. David Mittleman said. "We are proud to complement its operation with Avfuel's leading contract fuel program and the support that comes along with it, helping to provide the full-service experience flight departments seek. With this partnership, we're able to connect our 6,000+ flight department customers with the top-notch services and facilities Beacon Air Group has to offer."
The services at Beacon's new facility are performed by a team of trusted and professionally trained employees, dedicated to safe aviation operations and high-quality customer care.
"Our aim is to always provide first-class service to the flying community by anticipating their needs and desires," Simmons said. "Along with a first-class staff, we accomplish this by partnering with industry- and regionally-best service providers to offer a true full-service experience."
