Jet Aviation president to assume new role with sister company
Dave Paddock, President of Jet Aviation, is leaving at the end of March to begin a new role as sister company General Dynamics Lead Systems President in Michigan.
Jeremie Caillet will assume the role of Jet Aviation President effective April 1, 2024. Caillet will continue to lead the EMEA operations. He was appointed SVP of Regional Operations EMEA in November 2021 and joined the leadership team. Caillet handles the region's completions, MRO, FBO, aircraft management and charter businesses and the Middle East joint ventures.
Paddock took on the role in July 2019, bringing over 25 years of aviation experience. He is responsible for operations across about 50 global locations and five lines of business, including business aircraft maintenance, completions, FBO, aircraft services and defense.
"Jeremie has been an integral part of our leadership team and I am very pleased to see a Jet Aviation colleague be my successor," Paddock said. "With his in-depth knowledge of our company and the industry, I am confident that he will lead a strong future for Jet Aviation and exceed the needs of our customers, partners and employees worldwide."
