VIP Completions unveiled the interior of a completely refurbished Boeing Business Jet on Tuesday.RELATED STORIES:VIP Completions talks ongoing projects, outlook for 2024VIP Completions begins BBJ interior refurbishment The BBJ refurbishment project was announced on Sept. 12 with floor plans including three principal cabin areas, a large mid-cabin galley with a bar area and three lavatories. The BBJ is a high-performance variation of the classic Boeing 737. The luxury jet is capable of flying over 6,000 nautical miles non-stop. The bizjet was introduced in 1998 and there are currently 140 in service worldwide. This recently refurbished BBJ offers enhanced luxury, comfort, personalized décor and convenient next-gen technology. The jet can comfortably sleep 12 and passengers can enjoy the renovated interior on their travels.Before and after images The three principal cabin areas include a forward main lounge with a built-in movie projector and a stow-away screen, a mid-cabin conference room/guest bedroom and an aft en-suite master stateroom. The mid-cabin galley and bar area features an adjoining forward main lounge. Three lavatories are on board, including the forward crew lav, a large mid-cabin VIP lav and an aft master stateroom lav with a full shower. The interior boasts luxurious custom-designed seats in the cabin, upholstered with contrasting premium Garrett leathers and intricate diamond pattern stitchwork. The main lounge divans are also upholstered in premium Garrett leather. The mid-cabin divans are upholstered in premium Lora Piana fabrics. The full cabin was re-veneered in open grain white oak finish in a matte, dark chocolate color. There are new, natural Arabescato stone countertops and a luxurious New Zealand-wool carpeting by RedRock was installed throughout the cabin. Cabin management system and in-flight entertainment highlights include CMS control through Creston app-enabled iPads. There is a custom ALTO audio system calibrated for the cabin using ALTO's MySound optimization tool to ensure there is perfect sound. There are four upgraded high-definition monitors, a new HD monitor in the master stateroom, dynamic RGB LED lighting and an on-board Plex media server with three AppleTVs to provide content options for passengers in a multi-zone setup. Since its founding nearly 10 years ago, the VIP Completions team has refurbished six BBJs, two Boeing 757s, a Boeing 767 and a Boeing 727.
