First Airbus ACJ TwoTwenty delivered to Comlux

Comlux has accepted delivery of the first Airbus ACJ TwoTwenty aircraft, where it will outfit the airframe with a custom VIP cabin this year at its completion center in Indianapolis, Indiana.The cabin will feature a full range of furnishing options and the latest in connectivity and technology. Comlux is also a launch customer of the ACJ TwoTwenty with two aircraft orders, including the future demonstrator. The first aircraft will enter service as early as 2023, allowing up to 18 passengers on long-range flights of more than 12.5 hours nonstop.Powered by the Pratt andamp; Whitney GTF engines, the ACJ TwoTwenty will see a 75% reduction in noise footprint and N0x emissions 50% below the International Civil Aviation Organization CAEP/6 regulation."GTF engines have set new standards for high fuel efficiency, low emissions and low noise," said Daron Dryer, chief executive officer at Comlux Completion.
