I thought it would be fun to start a "dictionary" to help the uninitiated decipher some of the jargon and just plain BS that employers put in their help wanted ads - in JH and others. Contributions are encouraged and welcome! Try to keep it reasonably clean - maybe someday Lynn will publish a guide. Here is my contribution: (from a current want ad in JH)

"Must be adept at multi-tasking in a fast paced environment." This is a regular HR buzzphrase.
What it really means:   "Must be willing to do anything we ask you to do while working in a totally disorganized chaotic environment for a crappy wage and not bitch about it."

i think that we can start collecting the parts to have a clear photo shot and upload so we can describe such spare. if no parts or spares is available, we can try to look into wiki or ask some mechanic. any way, i think i have to start doing my research or study so at least i can share it to others as part of my contributions to the industry.
